Culture
Team work, belongingness, and respect support strong, equitable, and effective workplaces and classrooms. Atticus partners with teams and constituent groups to foster a brave space. Brave spaces encourage individuals to challenge their assumptions and critically engage their worldview using evidence-based material and knowledge models. Cultures that serve the individual in the context of the overarching group priorities, needs, and methods are paramount to supporting healthy environments where goals are met through partnership.
